Company History

We started with the name (ROJ) Company for International Communications and General Trade, which is the first private communications company to provide international communications between Iraq and the rest of the world through its office in Zakho and started in construction and food trade.

A partnership was made with the (Turkish Mar Kaplo) company to produce cables, and through it, we entered the world of electricity by importing all kinds of cables and distributing them throughout Iraq.

The international company Pirelli was contacted for the production of electrical cables of all kinds, due to the needs of the Iraqi market for construction and reconstruction as a result of the wars that Iraq went through.

Through the work carried out by our company in trade and import, coordination was made with some Turkish companies, Irmakler, in the export of crude oil to the Turkish market and through the oil-for-food trade exchange.

A partnership was made with the Turkish company Astor specialized in the production of electrical transformers and an agreement with them to manufacture and supply electrical transformers of all kinds and by entering the Iraqi market and agreeing with the departments and ministries of electricity to supply them with the best types and entering into tenders issued by the ministry and according to the needs of the local market.
